Ingredients
- 250 gr Flour
- 4 eggs
- 150gr Olives without seed
- 70cl of oil
- 250 gr of ham (in dices)
- 150gr of grated cheese (elemental)
- 1 sachet of chemical yeat (white powder)
- 15cl of milk
The Steps:
- Warm up the oven at 200° C and insert the empty mold
- Rince Olives in warm water then dry them with a paper towel
- Mix the flour and the eggs in a bowl
- Add the milk and oil
- Add the olives, the cheese and the ham and any other ingredients
- Add the chemical yeat
- Mix until it is all integrated. The dough should be very thick
- Oil the baking mold (it’s hot)
- Fill the mold with the preparation
- Bake for 1h. If the cake get brown too fast (before 20min) lower the temperature and cover the mold with a sheet of aluminium
- The cake is cooked when a knife blade comes out dry when stabing the cake.
- Upon removing from the oven, unmold immediately and let cool down.
- Cut the slice and store in aluminium when the cake is cold/lukewarm.
